LSART DOES NEED NEW VOLUNTEERS.  LOUISIANA IS UNIQUE IN THE PROACTIVE ROLE TAKEN BY LVMA AS A SPONSOR OF LSART. VETERINARIANS ARE NEEDED IN PLANNING AS WELL AS IMPLEMENTAION FOR EVACUATION AND SHELTERING ACTIVITIES. PLEASE CHECK OUR VOLUNTEER PAGE FOR INFORMATION ON HOW TO VOLUNTEER FOR LSART.
